Frequently Asked Questions

  • I will coordinate with you on the schedule (time and date) for our first session, share the session duration and rate, and send a registration form to be completed beforehand.

    For weekday sessions, I’ll send a reminder in the morning. For weekend sessions, I’ll send a reminder the evening before.

  • In our session, we'll explore the structure of our time together, learning your past experiences engaging counselling / psychotherapy services, and we'll go over the limits of confidentiality such as situations involving self-harm or potential harm to others.

    We'll then focus on addressing your most pressing concerns. Toward the end, we'll take a few minutes to reflect on our session and plan for our next meeting, ensuring you feel supported and understood every step of the way.

  • PayNow or BankTransfer

  • Your session time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full session fee.

    I understand that life happens. In cases of sudden medical illness or urgent personal emergencies (such as a family or close friend in crisis), I may waive the fee at my discretion. Please let me know as soon as you’re able in such situations.

    Adhering to our scheduled time supports the consistency and effectiveness of the therapeutic process, and it also reflects mutual respect for each other’s time and boundaries.
